I am a happily married, full time working mum of one little girl who turned 4 in 2012. In 2007 I gave birth to my first child. Adam was delivered at 26 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. He lived for 30 days and died on August 5th 2007. This is my online diary for me, my daughter and anyone else who gets anything from it. In 2011 I started seeing a Cognitive Hypnotherapist called Trevor to help me get over my abusive childhood. It worked better than I could have hoped. I am now happy and am myself a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist. Read all about it in my book "Nothing Needs to be the Way it's Always Been"
