The iStrategy Branded Video Buzz Chart is a collaboration between Ebuzzing and iStrategy. The chart is a real-time measure of the best branded video content on the social web. It is based on the level of engagement a video creates, measured on the number of social shares, comments, and articles (blog or media) the video generates.
The iStrategy Conference was created by a team of passionate online media folks in Bristol, UK in 2009. After years of experimenting in the constantly evolving digital space, they decided to convene like-minded people in an effort to share knowledge and experiences and to inspire continued exploration of digital media channels. Since the initial conference in Berlin, iStrategy has expanded into four bi-annual, regional events in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
Each iStrategy meeting is a reflection of the attendees, presenters and sponsors - including practitioners and service providers in new media such as SEO/SEM, Email, Affiliate, Display, Social Media, and Mobile channels across brands and agencies of all sizes who manage e-commerce, lead generation, publishing and digital customer service initiatives. It is the perfect place to build a professional network, find business partners, generate new ideas and learn.
iStrategy introduced a fun awards program for attendees called the 'iScars' at the London 2010 conference. The inspiration of iStrategy's New York full-service digital agency, Path Interactive, the iScars is a series of ten titles in recognition of live social media activity throughout the conference. The iScars encourages attendees to get involved in the online conversation by checking into geo-location services like Foursquare, blogging, tweeting and posting to Facebook. Some examples of awards include the 'Paparazzi' award for the best uploaded photo, the 'Cheerleader' award for the most tweets and the 'Mayor' award for the person who becomes the Mayor of our Foursquare venue.
Any description of the iStrategy Conference would be incomplete without mention of Adam Burns, iStrategy's witty and engaging emcee. Adam is currently Senior Editor for iStrategy's sister site, www.MeetTheBoss.tv where his interviews of global business leaders have received much acclaim. Adam's enthusiasm for learning and (British) sense of humor have become an integral part of the iStrategy gatherings.
